We have enjoyed this park many times over the years. We feel Oregon state parks are among the best we have camped in. Paved sites with greenery in between sites for privacy. Path to the Lake. Across Hwy 101 from ocean. Walk to shops and restaurants.

Most sites are pull through, however we were in last row which is tight back in. Not to worry! Friendly manager directed our backing in. We liked being close to fenced dog area, since we have two small dogs and also were adjacent to river walk (boardwalk which leads to a park). A short walk to many stores: Starbucks, Panera (fantastic bakery), restaurants, convenience stores, fast food, Fred Meyers, Pet Smart, Best Buy. Right off freeway, but very quiet park.

Nice park for boaters, as it is located on beautiful Lake Goodwin. Sites would have been really close if park was full, but we were 1 of only 2 campers in our loop. Paid $25 and $7 reservation fee. This is similar fee to a private park, yet must buy tokens to take shower and there is also a fee to dump tanks.

The camp had terraced sites fairly close together. Mostly large Class C motorhomes when we were there. Office folks were very friendly and helpful. Great TV reception. Can walk to the harbor. Very clean rest rooms. We would stay there again.

This is a very nice family campground with good sized, grassy sites next to the Methow River. Very clean. Trees provide good shade. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a campground bus to town, so no need to move the RV. We missed the bus and the driver turned right around and gave us a ride in anyway!

Owners told us that the park had been bought by the government and will be closing soon. Park to be dismantled, levee lowered and land returned to the Yakima River. Park had both campers and long term residents. Dusty/gravel roads. OK for short term stay.

Park was clean and nicely kept up. Good place to stay for a night or two, but I wouldn't vacation here for a week because sites are very close together.
